CANCELLATION POLICY:
If an applicant cancels his or her registration, Cloud-Townsend Resources will refund the registration amount minus a processing fee of $50.
This processing fee will be in effect up until two Fridays before the workshop; after this date, the fee increases to $460, to cover the retreat center charges which will not be refunded to us. (There may be exceptions to this: for example, we will waive additional charges if we are able to fill the vacated spot.)
If an applicant decides to transfer to a later workshop and asks us before the cutoff date to apply his or her payment to that workshop, we’ll do this without charging any processing fee. If the price were to go up for the later workshop, we may or may not honor the earlier price paid; our executive director will make the decision on an individual basis.
**The cutoff date for each workshop is two Fridays prior to that workshop.
