Psychologists, authors and coaches, Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend have established this 12-month coaching program as the structured path you need to achieve your goals! Coaching is for people who are not looking for therapy, but who want to learn specific ways to turn their dreams into reality. This type of coaching can be very expensive on an individual basis; but in this unique group setting, it costs far less than either personal coaching or therapy.
As your coaches, Drs. Cloud and Townsend will guide you along your individual path toward reaching your own goals. Over the course of one year, you will:
• Develop a solid life and career plan that will help you achieve success
• Discover how your makeup affects your personal life, your relationships, and your career goals
• Understand the process of change, and how to accelerate it
• Add the discipline and structure that you need to succeed
• Increase your emotional and relational intelligence
• Resolve problem areas such as career dead ends, relational struggles and troublesome behavioral patterns
• Learn how to find activities and endeavors that fit your unique personality and passion
• Identify and overcome the patterns of failure that have held you back
• Engage in group skill-building activities on a group level
You will receive assignments that will help you continue your personal growth work during the weeks between coaching sessions, and be able to ask the doctors questions about your own growth path.
