Dr. John Townsend will be in Kokomo, Indiana for a very special training. He is going to talk about one of the most important topics in leadership today. You will learn what the GREATEST SINGLE ADVANTAGE ANY COMPANY OR LEADER CAN ACHIEVE!

In collaboration with Indiana Wesleyan University, Wabash Friends Counseling Center and Liberty Mutual Insurance, Dr. Townsend will be at the Indiana Wesleyan University Kokomo Education and Conference Center on August 22nd from 4:00 to 5:15 pm for the following training:
Creating and Transferring the Right Culture and Core Values.

An organization cannot ignore culture and core values. It will either accelerate or sabotage any strategic plan a company develops. For example, a culture of fear will paralyze performance. However, a culture of trust will enhance it. Culture and values must be developed intentionally. They do not “grow up” without a structure and a plan. The high-performance leader must be able to understand, develop and transfer the right kind of culture and values to his or her direct reports and teams. This training provides leaders with six practical skills and six danger zones to avoid in creating a high performing culture.

The registration fee is $20 which includes a FREE BOOK – Leadership Beyond Reason: How Leaders Harness the Power of Their Values, Feelings and Intuition (a $15 retail value). You can pre-register by replying to this email or going online at www.wabashfriendscounseling.com/leadership.html (choose the Kokomo Event) or call 877.350.1658. At the door registration will be $30.
