DR. JOHN TOWNSEND IS COMING TO LOUISVILLE, MAY 30

Dr. Townsend will be doing a leadership training on Wednesday, May 30

He will be speaking on: Creating and Transferring the Right Culture and Core Values.

An organization cannot ignore culture and core values. It will either
accelerate or sabotage any strategic plan a company develops. For example,
a culture of fear will paralyze performance. However, a culture of trust
will enhance it. Culture and values must be developed intentionally. They
do not “grow up” without a structure and a plan. The high-performance leader must be able to understand, develop and transfer the right kind of culture and values to his or her direct reports and teams. This module provides the skills for knowing how to do that.

The registration fee is $20. Light refreshments will be available. A FREE BOOK is included in each registration – Leadership Beyond Reason (a $15 retail value). You can pre-register by going online at
Click here for more information or call 877.350.1658. At the door registration will be $30.
